A: You don't pay a single cent for shipping, all our items are shipped express for free to our customers.

A: If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

A: No. You don't have to pay custom tax.

A: Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Q: Things are usually cheaper if they are bought in bulk. Are they?
A: Yes, it's sure! It will be cheaper if you are a bulk shopping, please contact us for further assistance.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
A: Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 working days for delivery via Express Mail, we do not offer overnight shipping at present.
Q: What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?
A: You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund. How do I contact you?

Q: Why I find letters stitched on the received A&F garments are joined up by messy threads?
A: If you are a regular customer of Abercrombie clothes, you will be familiar with this particular style of Abercrombie which is purposely designed to make it look more worn to convey a sense of vintage fashion. So the letters on the garments are specially designed to be joined up by messy threads. However, the worn look of particular clothes doesn’t mean they are destroyed and of bad sewing. Any complaint about messy threads around the letter or design patches is unacceptable reason for return or exchange
